Ceri S.U.S.S. Lear

Ceri Lear is part of the S.U.S.S collective (subversion underground sound system) based in Swansea south Wales. he was also a resident dj and manager of south Wales’s premier techno event Subversion underground Techno.

ceri got introduced to the free party and underground techno scene at a very young age.regularly attending teknivals and techno events across the uk from where he picked up his taste for acid /free party Techno and it inspired him to get on the 1210’s and start mixing acid/techno

By the age of 16 ceri was playing out in basements and free parties across Wales. in 2008 ceri suss became residents at subversion underground techno playing alongside the mighty Dave the drummer,Chris Liberator,Ant,ddr,geezer,mark eg a.p just to name a few

Soon he became popular with the local free party sound systems(FRU) (TOOTH DUST)bristol (SECTION 64) (UNISONAL SOUNDS) (F.O.O.F.O) and promoters for their hard techno /acid sets. Playing epic sets @system feedback reboot cardiff/ gener8r in Bristol smash techno london

Hard Bart

HARD BART – originally from Poland from where he moved over to U.K (London) in 1998. That’s where his passion for turntables and techno music has properly kicked in…so he got on decks. In almost no time at all he was rocking some serious London sound systems such as : Manik , Malfaiteurs , Fu.Q , Solid to name just a few and he was also one of the few DJs who originally first started now legendary Every1Sound. His name started to appear next to those biggest names in London’s underground music scene (without naming as everyone knows who they are) and he could be frequently seen in best clubs too including The Mass, The Fridge, George IV, 414, Purple Turtle, Dukes and so on (even once Heaven;)Recently he got involved in Undergound music production too and has released a couple of tunes on labels GENERATOR U.K (Digital) and POLYMERIC Records (12” vinyl)…and he’s got many projects on the way , to be released in the very nearest future….so look out because this talented DJ is technically very skilled…and turns out to be quite a banging producer too.

Tassid comes from Portsmouth UK. He got into DJing after his early experiences at free parties and squat parties, where London Underground techno and acid techno was the main sound. He fell in love with the music in those early days and has been into that sound ever since!

His main influences are the Stay Up Forever Collective including Chris, Aaron and Julian Liberator, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Guy McAffer, Rowland the Bastard, Ant, DDR and Lawrie Immersion etc, but Tassid has also taken influence from some good Schranz producers such as Boris. s and Arkus.P.

Tassid has been making techno for fun for many years, but in 2009 he upgraded his studio and is now a full on producer in his own right.

He is the co-founder of System Rejects vinyl label, alongside Austin Corrosive, OB1, and MK 303, and he is the owner of Skuxx digital label on 909london.com. As well as his own labels, Tassid has releases on other labels such as, Corrosive Records, Cluster, Cluster 909, Stereo Chaos, Interstate One, Impact UK, and Acid Test.

In recent years Tassid had been getting back into DJing, playing all over the UK, as well as in countries such as Brazil, Poland, and Spain and is continually pushing his own style of London Underground Techno and Acid!!

Steve started DJ’ing back in 1996 and was soon banging out tunes on infamous, though sadly now defunct, UK pirate radio station Force FM. After being spotted playing by a local sound system, Steve then became part of the crew R.P.M, and after many years on the squat party scene, earning his stripes, he became a resident for the HUB Sound System. Steve still rocks it for HUB whenever possible.

Steve Mills was the only DJ to play Acid Techno on the FM dial for over a decade, and has been lucky enough to represent Stay Up Forever Records on air (Stay Up Forever Broadcast Party) as well as in the clubs. He has played alongside Chris Aaron, and Julian Liberator, D.A.V.E The Drummer, Sterling Moss, Ant, Geezer, D.D.R, Rackitt, K.N, amongst many other well respected DJs. Recently, Steve has had great success with his own productions and record labels, working with London legends D.A.V.E The Drummer, Chris Liberator, Sterling Moss, Geezer & Darc Marc as well as his many solo releases which appear on Labels like Wah Wah, Scythe Squadron, Extreme Forces, Soitiz, Flatlife Records, Stay Up Forever Projects, Stay Up Forever, Braingravy Records, Project 303 & Interstate One. Steve Mills is also part of the Monster trio “303 Pirates” with partners Chris Liberator & D.A.V.E The Drummer He has had Great international success in countries like Brazil ,Poland Germany, Netherlands, Ireland & Prague playing at events like Acid Techno Pioneers, Hardrace Underground 5 & the Amazing SoundFeer music Festival in Czech, plus more to come in the UK & Abroad.

★Spliffy B

DJ Spliffy B started DJing at squat parties in 2000 around Dorset and Hampshire, such as Hursley Fields. He then started playing in clubs in 2002. Between 2002 and 2008 Spliffy was playing in various places mainly in squat parties around UK. In that time he did play a few sets in Germany, Netherlands and Belgium

In 2004 Spliffy B amongst other events he was promoting he promoted DNA with DJ Slimz. DNA was a hard house and drum n bass event based in the Firestation in Dorchester, Dorset.

Between 2008 and 2011 due to personal reasons he only played a few sets, one of which was on Weymouth Beach.

In 2011 he played a set in Netherlands. Since then Spliffy B has started promoting and DJing again. Spliffy B is currently a resident of Acid909, Yes yes y’all (Hip Hop Event), Liquid Filth (Liquid – filthy Drum n bass and borders on Breakcore) & Urban Chill (Live acoustic event with a blues\jazz\folk influence). He has also been ‘Special guest’ at the highly regarded Smash Techno (November 2013), Club 414, Brixton.

He promoted and played at Liquid Filth at Bar Iguana, Reading with Slimz, DJ Fiber and MiNoR cOnFuSiOn. Spliffy B has supported several International DJs, most recently Rachel Rackitt, Steve Mills, Gizelle Rebel Yelle, and highly regarded DJs on the London underground seen like Birinight, Miro to name a few.

Spliffy B also was actively playing at the open Decks night at Bar Iguana where they had such names as Seriel Killaz & Dutty Moonshine

Spliffy B has played many clubs around Reading and these include Bar Iguana, Facebar and Brasserie La Passerelle\Bridges

★Live singer & entertainer Wayeta ‘Y.B’ Pilgrim Began Singing at a young age in church services, concerts and crusades at the Wesleyan Holiness Church, Greenwich, London.

Whilst Still in Full-Time Education Wayeta Became a Member of the Angelic Voice Choir. Back in the Day, when the Choir appeared on ‘People Get Ready’ with the Williams Brothers.

Following her success as a Group and Choir Member in London, Ipswich and Cambridge, Wayeta Began to sing Solo in 1999.

GG Angus has been mixing music for 5 years now, he plays a mixture of genre’s but is one half of the resident djs of the yes yes ya’ll night, he played in q bar, bar iguana, bridges and numerous houseparties. on new years he offers a mixture of u.k and american hip hop to bop around to before the real filth gets going.
