As a DJ SpliffyB is a DJ/Producer/Artist who plays a very eclectic range of music from blues to Gabber, however he is most commonly known for playing Acid House & Acid Techno.  He is known for playing gems that are lesser known as well as extremely well established tracks.  He has gone under several names depending on projects he has worked on.  i.e. Acid Andy and Black Cat Bone Andy.

24 years since Spliffy Bs 1st gig as promoter and Dj on 30^th September 2024.  He is proud of what he has achieved over that time.  

Over the past 24 years Spliffy B has also been a producer, he has had 7 releases in 2024 alone.  Most notably Stay Up Forever Kickstarter EP1, Deep Down Dirty releases, Planet Techno 11 in 2017 which was a vinyl release where Biri & The Geezer remixed 2 of his tracks and engineered by Sterling Moss.  Spliffy B has also had releases on Wikid Bones Records, Total Loss records which got into the top 2 on 909London charts.  He has also had a release on the now defunct Dutch Trance Records.

He started playing free parties when he was at Southampton Institute around Dorset & Hampshire such as Hursley Fields.  He didn’t have his own turntables at that stage so was reliant on using friends decks.   He learnt a DJ set inside out which I played at any events I played.  As his skills developed he played different sets for each gig.  From his first DJ set he was promoting events as well as DJing.  He also started dabbling with production.

During this time he started doing shoutcast streams with multiple DJs.  He used the Institutes online connection as he didn’t have one in his Halls of residence room.  There were a number of crews doing the same for a couple of years before.  

By 2002 he was playing was playing both clubs and free parties.  He was playing a lot of Acid House & Techno, Gabber, Hardcore & Jungle.

Spliffy B moved back to Weymouth in 2003.  He only played a few events in Dorset, he played raves in different parts of Dorset and clubs around the country, however mostly in Somerset and across the South West.

In 2004 Spliffy B amongst other events he was promoting he promoted DNA with DJ Slimz. DNA was a hard house and drum n bass event based in the Firestation in Dorchester, Dorset.

Between 2008 and 2011 due to personal reasons he only played a few sets, one of which was on Weymouth Beach.  However he was regularly promoting & mixing on radio both online as well as FM & producing and releasing tracks.

In 2010 Spliffy B played 3 sets in an event in Peppermill, Heerlen, Netherlands.  He has also played in Belgium, Germany

He has also been ‘Special guest’ at the highly regarded Smash Techno (November 2013), Club 414 where he played Acid Techno

After 2015 Spliffy B made a slow shift to focusing more on Online radio due to supporting his late wife ongoing health situation.  Spliffy B at the moment is completely Online radio, but hopes to venture back into live environments moving forwards.  He has played on many online radio events/stations across Europe, America & Asia such as Germanys TNZN, Icelands Reykjavik Underground and more.

In 2017 from an idea that was spawned from his late wife to do a techno fundraver.  Wayeta, Ronnie Grafter and Spliffy B hosted the 1st Sick Beatz Fundraver raising money and awareness of MS Society.  This is now an annual event which is highly supported in November.

Over the years as well as playing clubs, festivals and free parties he has been very active on the online radio circuit.  Over the past 15 years it hasn’t been uncommon for him to be playing 3, 4 or even 5 shows.  At times it has been as high as 20 in a week!

Currently Spliffy B has residencies for Reykjavik Undergound & Beyond Control with doing regular DJ sets most notably on Open Source.  Spliffy B also promotes events currently Acid Assault which covers all areas of Acid, and Rebellion Techno covering various areas of Techno, Cybercore covering all areas of Hardcore & Gabber, Lucid covering oldskool, Blues shows and more.

Spliffy B still plays clubs and festivals, in 2023 amongst his gigs he played for Working Classtonbury Festival in the Incubator tent, a few weeks later he was playing in Hippos in Swansea

DJ E-Viction started DJing on belt drives from age of 14 playing vinyl’s and progressed to playing Hardcore techno/Gabba all over Cheshire Wales and abroad mid 90s he was resident at Rosie’s Chester playing house/hardhouse and played a season in Kavos! Mid 90s till 02! Was out the game from 2002 till lockdown due to family ties till 2019 when he decided to come back onto the circuit! He is currently a Resident on 5 radio stations worldwide including two popular monthly shows on FNOOB Techno(UK) called Industrial Bedlam with co-host with Atze Ton and Sole host of Technophobia a industrial techno show with a special International guest DJ/Producer ! He has recently brought Technophobia radio show to a live event Technophobia which he is the owner of! He also plays internationally with resident radio shows on Radiotwodragons(Canada) Rtdfraveradio (New York City) Superradiomix (Los Angeles). He recently had releases on Mini-Tek records based on Germany. He has played regularly all over UK at raves and live events playing dark, moody, hard industrial techno! Dunk! (Dirty Stable), Started to DJ and produce back in 1993. As a DJ he was known as Duncan Disorderly, as a producer he was known as Agnostic. Dunk mainly Played free Parties: Warehouse and squat. Between 1998 – 2002 he played in clubs as well, however he realised this was not for him.

Dunk has played over Europe as well as up and down the UK, always supporting the underground rave Music and sound systems. After a long long time away from the music scene …. He is back! playing regularly for FOD, Dirty As Funk and Techno.fm. He is currently doing quite a few guest appearances. This year he will be playing quite a few festivals.

As a producer he has some new tunes coming out that he is working on, plus he has been working in a studio in London! He is Definitely getting more involved in the live side of playing techno, using drum machines, 303’s, DAW etc. Now he is back! Playing and producing music As Dirty Stable

Acid Techno duo Aggie Acid Line and Bassline Ben are both from Devon with a passion for playing vinyl.
They have had track releases in collaboration with Jamie Tik Tok Taylor/Ektik on SUFSUPERLTD and Corrosive Records. They have more recently collaborated with Ciuciek and have had track releases on Acid Addict Records, Stay up Forever, Avinit Records and SUFSUPERLTD with ErykkMTK. Aggie Acid Line has also had a collaboration release with Sam DFL on SUFSUPERLTD.
They co-host, perform, and have had numerous guests on their monthly Acid Techno radio show Acid Scum (third Wednesday of every month, 7-9pm, safehouseradio.co.uk) including Acid Techno pioneers Chris Liberator, D.A.V.E. The Drummer and The Geezer.
Aggie Acid Line and Bassline Ben regularly play on other radio shows and guest live streams in addition to playing at clubs and festivals in the UK. They are also part of the 303 Vinyl Junkies crew with Andy-S and Teresa Deakin, with events showcasing primarily Techno and Acid Techno vinyl DJs.

Somatronic are a UK techno duo and have been working together since 2018. Three decades of wisdom are built in to what forms the foundation of the Somatronic sound. Their creation is energetic music the sits in the peak time techno genre. They have a sound which reconnects emotionally to 90s and 00s techno and hard trance. Expect music filled with dark emotion, driving basslines.

Only debuting releases last year, they have already had global signings from IAMT (Codex), Red Channel Recordings, GAIN and Aim To Head.
